Next-gen Ducati Scrambler variants unveiled

KUALA LUMPUR: Ducati in Malaysia recently unveiled three new Ducati Scrambler variants – the Icon, Nightshift and Full Throttle at the Scrambler Next-Gen event at Publika here.

The 2023 Scrambler Ducati Icon, known for its style and performance, is now priced at RM62,900.

Meanwhile, Nightshift and Full Throttle variants, also stylish and powerful, are available at RM69,900 each. Prices do not include road tax, insurance and registration.

The 2023 Scrambler is now 4kg lighter than its predecessor, thanks to a redesigned trellis frame.

The engine is 2.5kg lighter.

The Scrambler gets a refreshed swingarm design seamlessly integrated with a central-mounted shock absorber.

The evolution extends to the frame, which now features an independent main frame and rear sub-frame, simplifying crash repairs and customisation.

The Ducati Traction Control (DTC) and two riding modes – Road and Wet – are available in the new Scramblers.

The brakes come with cornering ABS, and the Scrambler Icon and Nightshift variants are equipped with the optional Ducati up-and-down quickshifter.

The Full Throttle variant is fitted with a standard quickshifter.

Ducati Multimedia System is available in all variants and seamlessly syncs with smartphones.

The new 4.3-inch colour TFT screen offers all the necessary info for the rider.

The steel tank and side covers, with an interchangeable cover, offer riders the freedom to personalise their units.

There are nine exciting colour combinations for the Scrambler Icon, achieved through a mix and match of tank hues and panels.

The Nightshift is in Nebula Blue, while the Full Throttle is in a commanding Red.
