The course features 12 workout stations, varying from cardio-intensive challenges like the "Ski-erg" to strength-demanding feats such as "Dead Ball Burpees."
The "Agility Chamber" assesses agility, while the "Sled Push" targets explosive strength. The event also includes three Nissan Red Zone challenges to evaluate cardiorespiratory and muscular endurance.
The four strongest contenders will engage in a Nissan Navara truck pull, showcasing raw power and resilience. These challenges aim to surpass participants' perceived limits and drive them to new heights of accomplishment.
Fitness enthusiasts can demonstrate their prowess in diverse categories, including Men's and Women's Singles (open and competitive divisions), Doubles (Men's Doubles, Women's Doubles, and Mixed Doubles), and Team Relay (Men's, Women's, and Mixed, featuring two men and two women).
