NZ Wheels Johor Baru wins big at Mercedes-Benz Malaysia Retail Partners' Awards 2024

KUALA LUMPUR: NZ Wheels Johor Baru has emerged as the Retail Partner of the Year at Mercedes-Benz Malaysia's annual Retail Partner of the Year 2024 awards.

The awards were to honour its partners' dedication and commitment to excellence in customer service and operational performance.

This year’s awards featured six distinct categories, each spotlighting exemplary accomplishments in key areas of operations.

Aside from the highly sought-after Retail Partner of the Year title, other accolades included Best in Customer Services, Best in Financial Services, Best in Business Excellence, Best in Sales and Best in Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) 5-Star Rater.

NZ Wheels Johor Baru which not only secured the top honour, also clinched Best in Customer Services and Best in Sales.

Other winners are NZ Wheels Bangsar which received the Best in Financial Services award, Cycle & Carriage Bintang Johor Baru with the Business Excellence award and Hap Seng Star Kinrara with the Best in CSI (5-Star Rater) award.

Mercedes-Benz Malaysia continues to cement its position as a leader in the local luxury automotive landscape and has 32 authorised retailers across the country.
