Perodua reduces prices of service maintenance parts/labour

RAWANG: Perodua is reducing the price of its service maintenance parts, including labour amounting to 10% (terms and conditions apply).

The national automaker says this is part of its ongoing efforts to help Malaysians cope with the increasing costs of living.

“The price reduction is based on the maintenance parts price as well as labour costs used by the customer and overall, the customer is expected to save about 10% of their average service bill beginning June 19," said Perodua president and CEO Datuk Seri Zainal Abidin Ahmad.

“We believe that the reduction in service cost will assist our customers in reducing their mobility cost,” he added.

This campaign includes all models including the all-electric QV-E, ranging from inspection, parts replacement as well as labour costs relating to vehicle maintenance.

“Based on our internal data, there are more than five million Perodua vehicles on the road and we believe that through this campaign, we would be able to better serve a large majority of Malaysians,” Dato’ Sri Zainal said.

For 2025, a total of 3.7 million vehicles were serviced at Perodua service centres nationwide.

Perodua recently reduced the price of its first EV (electric vehicle), namely the QV-E to RM93,999 to own outright.

Another option for QV-E buyers is a price tag of RM69,999 (body only) plus a monthly RM215 (with tax) Battery as a Service (BAAS) package (for nine years).

For a limited-time, Perodua is giving a special price of RM87,499 to completely own the QV-E or RM63,499 with Battery as a Service (BAAS) package, with a monthly fee of RM215 per month (including tax) for nine years.

This offer will end on September 30, 2026.

“We have improved efficiency while at the same time eliminating any wastages in our operations. The benefits of these activities are passed to our valued customers,” said Zainal.
