Porsche Experience Centre Singapore to open in 2027

SINGAPORE: The Porsche Experience Centre Singapore is set to open in 2027 as the 11th of its kind worldwide.

The landmark facility will offer a spectrum of immersive experiences – from the thrill of driving a sports car to providing a potential venue for events.

Located on a 14-hectare site adjacent to Singapore’s Changi Airport, the first regional Porsche Experience Centre will feature a two-kilometre handling circuit at its core.

Visitors can look forward to several world-first features, dynamic areas such as the drift circle and drift handling track, themed exhibitions, periodically-changing display cars and artifacts from the legendary Porsche Museum archives, immersive racing simulators, and diverse dining concepts—ensuring there’s something for every enthusiast and beyond.

For the first time in the Porsche world, the Porsche Experience Centre Singapore will also house a fully integrated, high-capacity Aftersales facility.

Sustainability will be a cornerstone of the overall development, with a significant electric vehicle fleet and eco-conscious infrastructure built-in, aligning also with Singapore’s Green Plan 2030.

The groundbreaking ceremony was recently officiated by Porsche Asia Pacific CEO Hannes Ruoff.

“This new Porsche Experience Centre in Singapore will serve as a regional hub for brand immersion and elevated customer engagement. Through our close collaboration with the Singapore Tourism Board and Changi Airport Group, we aim to create guest experiences that are seamless, memorable, and uniquely Porsche,” he said.

“We celebrate the groundbreaking of the Porsche Experience Centre Singapore, which exemplifies our commitment under Tourism 2040 to develop distinctive, world-class attractions that showcase Singapore's innovation and strengthen our destination appeal as we gear up for the next decade of tourism growth,” said Singapore Tourism Board assistant chief executive, experience development group Jean Ng.

Ahead of the groundbreaking ceremony, leaders from Porsche AG and Porsche Asia Pacific also signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Changi Airport Group, formalising a strategic partnership and integrating the upcoming Experience Centre into the broader Changi aviation and tourism precinct.

The agreement will explore opportunities aimed at innovating visitor experiences and sustainable development—reflecting the shared vision and values of both companies.

“The Porsche Experience Centre marks a significant milestone in our journey to redefine the aviation and tourism landscape at Changi. This partnership reflects our shared commitment to innovation, sustainability, and creating world-class experiences. We look forward to welcoming guests to an exciting precinct where mobility meets imagination,” said Changi Airport Group executive vice president, airport management Jayson Goh.

The partnership builds on ongoing collaborations, including the recent opening of Porsche at Jewel – a permanent brand space blending lifestyle retail, global food and beverage (F&B) flavours, and curated car exhibits in the heart of Changi Airport’s Jewel mall.
