KUCHING, Sarawak: Porsche Service Centre Kuching has started operations, in partnership with Hap Seng Prestige.
The new service centre is the first authorised Porsche service facility in East Malaysia, bringing Porsche-certified maintenance, repair and aftersales support.
Porsche Malaysia (represented by Sime Darby Auto Performance Sdn Bhd) and Hap Seng Prestige said this marks an important milestone in expanding authorised premium automotive aftersales support in East Malaysia.
The appointment of Hap Seng Prestige reflects the strength of Hap Seng Group's longstanding automotive heritage and commitment to delivering high standards of customer care and technical excellence.
The new "1S" service centre provides maintenance, diagnostics and repair services.
The service centre is supported by Porsche-trained technicians and equipped to global Porsche-certified standards.
The service centre is located at 11298, Jalan Datuk Abang Abdul Rahim, Kuching and features a welcoming customer lounge and a dedicated two-bay workshop.
The facility is equipped with specialised diagnostic systems and workshop equipment, while genuine Porsche parts are sourced directly through Porsche's global supply network.
Beyond vehicle servicing, customers can also explore a selection of Porsche equipment accessories and Porsche Lifestyle merchandises.
In conjunction with the opening, selected Porsche Lifestyle merchandise will be offered at up to 30% off.
Meanwhile, Porsche owners are invited for a service clinic held exclusively in Sarawak (Oct 3 - 9, 2026).
The programme includes a free 111-point inspection offering customers a detailed assessment of their vehicle's overall condition.
Customers may also take advantage of exclusive Porsche Approved Warranty packages available during the service clinic.
