JOHOR BARU: Permas assemblyman Datuk Che Zakaria Mohd Salleh today said he would submit a proposal to Johor Mentri Besar Datuk Osman Sapian for the building of a modern garbage disposal plant and an electric car plant in Pasir Gudang.
He said the proposed modern garbage disposal facility would use technology from Finland, while the electric car factory would use technology from China and Japan.
"We have identified a suitable site to build the garbage disposal and still looking for a suitable site for the proposed electric car factory," he said recently.
Che Zakaria said other development projects were also in the pipeline for Pasir Gudang , such as a floating restaurant at Tasek Bandar Seri Alam.
