Proton e.MAS 7 cements position as country's top EV


SUBANG JAYA: PRO-NET, a subsidiary of national automaker Proton, has set a new cumulative delivery milestone of 1,853 units for the all-electric e.MAS 7 in the first quarter of 2025.

The company said it sold 797 units of the sports utility vehicle in March with the Year-To-Date (YTD) market share forecasted to be 30%, cementing the e.MAS 7 as Malaysia’s No. 1 EV model.

PRO-NET chief executive officer Zhang Qiang said the company was able to achieve the feat due to customers' unwavering support and confidence in the e.MAS 7.

He also said customers had trusted the company to deliver an ecosystem that allowed them to enjoy an electrified driving experience.

"This achievement encourages us to improve ourselves to deliver products of higher quality and give our customers a better ownership experience," he said.

The e.MAS 7 comes equipped with many class-leading features at a price point that is easily accessible to all Malaysians who want to embrace sustainable mobility.

Prices start from RM105,800 for the Prime and RM119,800 for the Premium variant.
