SUBANG JAYA: Proton e.MAS’ domestic sales reached 31,104 units for the first nine months of 2026.
This maintained its position as Malaysia’s best-selling EV (electric vehicle) brand with a 46.4% share of the local EV market.
Proton e.MAS had registered 3,701 units domestically in September 2026.
Including export markets, total year-to-date (YTD) sales from January to September 2026 are 32,200 units.

Proton e.MAS customers also have access to a growing charging ecosystem of more than 5,100 charging points covering 90% of the country, including over 2,000 charging points across more than 700 high-rise residential developments.
Pro-Net CEO Zhang Qiang said, “Surpassing 32,000 sales in just nine months, reaching more than 40,000 cumulative deliveries and recording our highest-ever monthly export volume are significant milestones for Proton e.MAS.”
