SHAH ALAM: Proton has launched a nationwide service campaign for vehicles registered between January 2018 and January 2021 whose servicing records have lapsed for more than 12 months.
The service campaign runs from March 30 to June 30, 2026.
The campaign is aimed at encouraging owners of selected models to return to authorised service centres for routine maintenance, particularly vehicles that may have fallen out of regular servicing.
Owners will be able to carry out a basic service package that includes engine oil replacement, oil filter, labour and a free 40-point safety inspection covering key areas such as brakes, tyres and battery condition.
Prices start as low as RM120 for Persona, Iriz, Exora and Saga models using semi-synthetic engine oil, while X series models are offered service packages from RM216 onwards.

With 190 authorised service outlets and 77 body and paint centres nationwide, Proton continues to expand access to reliable after-sales support for its customers.
The network is supported by professionally trained technicians, service advisors and strategically located parts centres that enable faster access to genuine spare parts.
Also, Proton introduced a new initiative this year, the Service Experience QR (SEQR), allowing customers to share feedback on their service experience through a quick digital form available at service centres nationwide.
The feedback provides valuable insights to support continuous improvements in service quality.
Proton service centres offer several established initiatives designed to make vehicle maintenance more efficient and convenient for owners.
These include Fast Service, which allows basic servicing to be completed within 90 minutes from vehicle check-in to key handover, as well as the ProCare Smart Plan (PSP) that provides maintenance packages with flexible payment options.
In addition, Proton offers comprehensive body and paint services alongside the Proton Insurance Programme (PIP) to support accident repair and insurance needs.
Customers can also access 24-hour roadside assistance through Proton’s helpline at 1-800-888-8398.
