SUBANG JAYA: Proton has launched its 2025 Flood Relief Programme to support owners whose vehicles were impacted by the recent floods across Malaysia.
This programme will run from Nov 26, 2025 until May 31, 2026 and is available at all Proton authorised service centres and body and paint (B&P) outlets.
Under this programme, customers with the Proton Insurance Programme (PIP) will receive:
- 50% discount on selected parts for Persona, Iriz, Exora, and Saga (PIES) models
- 25% discount on selected parts for X models and S70
- 25% discount on labour for all models
Customers without PIP will enjoy:
- 30% discount on selected parts for PIES models
- 15% discount on selected parts for X models and S70
- 25% discount on labour for all models
“Flood damage is disruptive and often unexpected, and many owners need fast, reliable support to get their vehicles back on the road. The 2025 Flood Relief Programme is designed to give immediate financial relief and professional assistance,” said Proton deputy CEO Datuk Abdul Rashid Musa.
Customers whose vehicles have been affected can visit the nearest authorised Proton service centre once conditions are safe.
Trained technicians will carry out inspections and provide repair recommendations, based on the programme structure.
