Renault veteran Fabrice Cambolive picked as new CEO in EV offensive

PARIS: Renault has appointed Fabrice Cambolive as its CEO of the Renault brand.
He starts work from Feb 1 and reports to Renault Group CEO Luca de Meo, who was also the CEO until Cambolive's promotion.
In his new role, Cambolive has been tasked with the transformation of the brand with the launch of 14 new vehicles by 2025 and through its expansion in Europe and internationally.
Cambolive, 54, graduated from TBS Education Business School in Toulouse, France. He joined Renault Group in 1992 and has held various international sales & marketing positions for 20 years in Spain, Switzerland, France, Germany & Romania.
Cambolive's last post was as Renault chief operating officer.
