Revamped Ducati Sungai Buloh opens
By A. NACHI | 08 November 2024SUNGAI BULOH: Ducati Malaysia has officially launched the newly revamped showroom in Sungai Buloh.
Located on Jalan BRP 1/6, Bukit Rahman Putra, the state-of-the-art facility aligns with Ducati’s brand identity and offers a premium purchasing experience for Ducati enthusiasts.
The new showroom is owned and managed by Welly Sg.Buloh consisting its director Ngo Yoke Kwang and operations director Ngo Kim Sieng.
The grand opening, which coincided with the Malaysian MotoGP leg in Sepang International Circuit recently, featured Ducati MotoGP rider Enea Bastianini.
Also present at the launch were Ducati global sales and aftersales vice-president Francesco Miliciao and Ducati Asia Pacific of sales and marketing vice-president Marco Biondi.
The showroom features a 1,200sq ft service centre with three dedicated bays capable of handling up to 150 bikes monthly, exclusive sections for Ducati Apparel and Accessories.
Als included are a 300sq ft Scrambler area and a spacious 1,500sq ft display floor that can showcase up to 15 bikes.
The showroom opening hours are from Monday to Saturday (9am–7pm) and Sunday (9am–4:30pm).
Ducati Malaysia COO Dennis Michael said the new facility would elevate both sales and aftersales services while enhancing the overall ownership experience.
Malaysia’s first authorised Ducati dealer since 2012, Ducati Sungai Buloh maintains a knowledgeable and enthusiastic team dedicated to promoting the Ducati brand.
Following a steady sales performance in 2023, the dealership aims to exceed 100 unit sales in 2024, with the new showroom expected to boost customer satisfaction and drive growth.
