Held at the J Borneo Native Village in Penampang, it is the biggest event organised by the club to-date, bringing together 107 club members with their Rangers from diverse locations across Sabah, Labuan and even Brunei.
Some 320 participants comprising owners and their family members came together, reinforcing the sense of community among enthusiasts and like-minded individuals.
The 7th Mega TT Gathering was a day filled with activities, prizes and awards recognising the top Rangers across various categories.
From games and karaoke sessions to performances and lucky draw prizes, the day’s programme was put together to cater to a swathe of participants.
“Beyond the festivities, the 7th Mega TT Gathering stood as a testament to the stronger bonds forged among Ford Ranger enthusiasts. It encapsulated the essence of the 'Ranger Lifestyle,' emphasising not just the love for a robust vehicle but also the sense of community
and shared experiences that come with it,” said Ford Penampang (Rightpower Corporation) dealer principal Edmund Lau.
FROC Borneo Region president Julius Sidin said the club appreciated Ford Penampang’s support and sponsorship.
“Its success was evident not just in numbers but also in the lively atmosphere and the spirit of togetherness it fostered."
Established in 2013, FROC Borneo Region now has 1,009 members.
The club organises two to three events each year to foster rapport with SDAC-Ford that will forge more in-depth knowledge of the Ranger and offer more value-added activities for its members.
