KUALA LUMPUR: Tan Chong Ekspres Auto Servis (TCEAS) has established a new customer touchpoint on the TNG eWallet app.
TCEAS is a one stop automotive service provider offering maintenance and repair services for passenger vehicles, while TNG eWallet is Malaysia’s leading digital financial services and lifestyle app.
TCEAS customers can now make appointments and payments via TNG eWallet when scheduling a vehicle service at over 50 TCEAS service centres nationwide.
The partnership with TNG Digital, the operator of TNG eWallet, simplifies the booking process while offering customers Rahmah packages starting from only RM109 when booked through TNG eWallet.
Maintenance and repair services are available for Nissan and marques such as Proton, Perodua, Toyota, Honda, Mitsubishi, Mazda, Subaru, Hyundai and Kia, among others.
The collaboration between TCEAS and TNG Digital was recently inked in a ceremony held at the headquarters of TNG Digital in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur.
TCEAS was represented by head of operations Daniel Foong and head of business unit Kay Fock Soon, while TNG Digital was represented by senior associate director (offline payment, mobility and government services) Sheikh Zulfadli Sheikh Zuljallaly, and associate director (parking and mobility ecosystem) Jonathan Tan.
“Through this collaboration with TNG Digital, we aim to not only offer a higher level of convenience to our existing customers, but to also reach out to a wider audience on TNG eWallet so that more car owners can experience top class service, certified technicians with six months warranty for parts and labour,” said Kay.

Select Tan Chong Ekspres Auto Service (TCEAS) mini programme
Select your preferred service package
Choose your preferred service centre and appointment date
Complete payment via TNG eWallet
Once payment is verified, the chosen TCEAS service centre will contact the customer to confirm the appointment
