KUALA LUMPUR: The Nissan Global Award 2026, Nissan's highest recognition for distributor excellence, was recently won by Tan Chong & Sons Motor Company Sdn Bhd (TCM), the franchise holder of Nissan vehicles in Malaysia.
TCM through its sales and marketing arm, Edaran Tan Chong Motor Sdn Bhd (ETCM) emerged as the top-performing market among 20 Nissan markets in the region for the fiscal year spanning April 2025 to March 2026.
The achievement reflects ETCM's commitment to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and sustainable business growth.
The Nissan Global Award Programme represents Nissan's highest benchmark for distributor performance worldwide, evaluating markets on business results, customer satisfaction, aftersales excellence and operational effectiveness.
TCM said this achievement reinforced the company's standing as one of Nissan's most respected and best-performing distributors globally, underscoring the company's ability to deliver value, reliability and confidence to customers in an increasingly dynamic automotive landscape.
