KUCHING: Tesla Malaysia recently completed the first official delivery of Tesla vehicles in East Malaysia, which took place in Kuching, Sarawak.
The company said the inaugural delivery in East Malaysia underscores Tesla’s commitment to inclusive growth across Malaysia, , ensuring that more communities can benefit from lower cost of ownership, zero tailpipe emissions, and a driving experience supported by smart software and continuous over-the air updates.
Tesla ownership is now available from RM147,600 (RM1,138 per month).
As of early 2026, Tesla operates 18 Supercharging stations with 76 Superchargers and 17 Destination Charging stations with 79 Destination Chargers across Malaysia.
Tesla Malaysia said the expansion of charging infrastructure lays the foundation for further growth in East Malaysia as demand continues to rise.
