Tesla Model 3 buyers take delivery of cars

CYBERJAYA: Tesla begins the deliveries of its best-selling electric sedan Model 3 in Malaysia today.

Customers collected their Model 3 Rear-Wheel Drive and Long Range at Tesla’s Cyberjaya centre with more deliveries coming.

Refined with an updated exterior styling, optimised for maximum aerodynamics and a new interior design, the Model 3 comes with more range, a noticeably quieter ride and more features without compromising its thrilling performance.

With the Model 3 deliveries in Malaysia, Tesla’s mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy in the country has taken an encouraging step.

With V3 Supercharging, the Model 3 can be charged up to 282km in just 15 minutes, providing a seamless electric vehicle ownership experience to all Tesla owners.

Tesla’s Cyberjaya Service Centre located at Persiaran APEC, Cyber 6 also opened today.

The centre comes with an area of around 22,000 sq ft and provides one-stop service experience to Tesla owners.

Alongside with the support of Over-the-Air (OTA) remote diagnosis and 24/7 owner hotline,  owners can also make appointments through the Tesla mobile app with a touch according to their personal schedule.

Tesla also launched Premium Connectivity, which will further enhance the driving experience providing access to features that require data usage — including streaming music and media, live traffic visualisation and more.

Premium Connectivity will be available via a monthly subscription at RM35.99 per month.

Tesla owners are also invited to join the official Tesla Owners Club Malaysia to enjoy privileges from various Tesla partners.
