BANGKOK: The A4 Avant 45 TFSI quattro S line Black Edition wagon has been unveiled and is set to enter Thailand's auto market.

This wagon costs 3.3mil Baht (RM415,000) and comes equipped with 19-inch five-spoke alloy wheels from Audi Sport in matt titanium.

With a wheelbase of 2,820mm, the 4,725mm-long wagon's weight has been reduced by as much as 110kg compared to its predecessor.

The front end prominently shows off a large front grille, LED headlights while the interior features S Sports seats with Fine Nappa leather and diamond cut stitching plus S line logo, flat-bottomed multi-function steering wheel wrapped in perforated leather, powered panoramic sunroof and piano black trim with black roof lining.

Under the hood is a 2.0 TFSI engine providing 252hp for all four wheels of the quattro all-wheel drive system - allowing it to accelerate from 0-100kph in 6.0 seconds.

It also comes with sports suspension and pedals.

Luggage capacity has been increased by 15 liters compared to the previous model and has as much as 1,510 liters of storage with the rear seat backrest folded down.

Loading height has been lowered and the loading sill is now only 630mm from the ground.

The 34th Thailand International Motor Expo will be open to the public from Nov 30 to Dec 11 at Impact Arena, Muangthong Thani from 12pm to 10pm daily.
