Touch ‘n Go ewallet down for maintenance on Oct 15
By THE STAR | 13 October 2022
PETALING JAYA: Touch ‘n Go (TNG) has announced that its customers will not be able to use its ewallet app between 2am and 6am this coming Saturday (Oct 15), due to a “scheduled upgrade maintenance”.
According to the announcement on their app and website, all services within the TNG ewallet app will be temporarily unavailable during the maintenance period. This includes reloads, payment functions, and the merchant dashboard (for merchants).
The company also mentioned that while all the in-app services may be down, both the PayDirect and RFID features will still be functioning as usual so long as there is sufficient balance in the ewallet.
So those planning a midnight drive to start off the weekend will want to reload their TNG ewallet in advance to avoid any issues at tolls and parking lots after a night out.
