SYDNEY: In less than a year since launching, Toyota Australia’s Toyota Go online customer portal has reached its 100,000th user registration.
The Toyota Go online portal provides customers with a range of rewards and discounts, along with access to vehicle and ownership information.
Toyota Go had first went live in September 2024.
In a statement, Toyota Australia said it had recently launched two new features on Toyota Go, designed to enhance convenience and engagement.
The Instant Valuation feature allows Toyota Go users with a verified vehicle between two and 10 years old to be provided with an estimated valuation of their vehicle at the click of a button.
The estimated valuation is based on auto-filled customer and vehicle information and is instantly calculated, displayed on screen and emailed to the customer, valid for a period of 12 days.
Toyota Go customers can also access Toyota Australia’s extensive network of Certified Pre-Owned Vehicles to add to their Toyota Go Wishlist, helping users keep track of vehicles they are interested in purchasing in the future.
Users aren’t required to be current Toyota owners to use the Toyota Go portal.
Users of the Toyota Go portal can access a range of valuable perks and benefits, such as a 4 cents per litre fuel discount at participating Ampol service stations, discounts on select movie tickets and JB Hi-Fi items, easy servicing bookings and updates on important information like recalls and service campaigns.
