SHAH ALAM: The new Toyota Vellfire 2.5 HEV Executive Lounge has been launched at RM549,900 on-the-road without insurance.
After-sales package is a five-year warranty with unlimited mileage, as well as an eight-year unlimited mileage hybrid warranty (hybrid battery, inverter, power management control ECU).
Buyers can also opt to pay an extra RM4,500 for a two-year extended hybrid warranty (9th and 10th year).
There is also a 10-year Guaranteed Parts Availability, supported by a network of 98 authorised service centres and 47 body and paint facilities nationwide.
It is available in Platinum White Pearl, Precious Metal, and Black, with interior themes in Black or the flagship-exclusive Sunset Brown.

Powered by a 2.5-litre Dynamic Force Hybrid System, the Vellfire HEV combines a four-cylinder A25A-FXS petrol engine with a high-output electric motor to deliver 250PS, a 37% increase over the standard 2.5-litre model, while achieving fuel efficiency of 5.7 litres per 100km.
Its self-charging hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) system automatically recharges during driving and braking, providing continuous power without the need for external charging.
The EV (electric vehicle) Mode allows near-silent, zero-emission operation for short distances.
Its Executive Lounge VIP Seats feature full power adjustments, ventilation, ottoman and massage functions, all controlled via a multi-operation panel.
There are refined details such as a rotary table, enlarged armrests with integrated vanity mirrors and anti-vibration seat structures.
The interior features Nappa leather upholstery, soft-touch surfaces and ambient ceiling illumination with 64 selectable colours.
It also has a 15-speaker JBL audio system, paired with a rear 14-inch ceiling-mounted display, along with intelligent features such as Remote Engine Start via Vehicle Telematics System (VTS), all accessible via mobile app.
Built on the TNGA GA-K platform, the Vellfire HEV delivers enhanced rigidity, confident handling and an improved quieter and comfort ride.
The Toyota Safety Sense 3.0 offers advanced driver assistance including Pre-Collision System (PCS), Lane Departure Alert (LDA), Dynamic Radar Cruise Control (DRCC) with Lane Tracing Assist (LTA), Adaptive High-beam System (AHS) and Blind Spot Monitor (BSM) with Rear Cross Traffic Alert (RCTA) and Parking Support Brake (PKSB).
