Its president Ravindran K said the new offerings would include carbon-reducing Hybrid-Electric vehicles (HEVs), carbon-neutral Battery-Electric vehicles (BEVs) and performance GR models.

Stressing on the company's emphasis for eco-friendly vehicles, Ravindran said the company's green line-up, that includes the carbon-reducing Corolla Cross Hybrid Electric, would joined by a second HEV in 2023.

Ravindran said HEVs are the most viable way forward in achieving carbon neutrality.
He said HEVs are the most accessible and affordable option for car owners in Malaysia to begin their carbon-reducing journey until the nation progressively move towards more forms of electrification.
