Upgraded McLaren Artura Spider and Coupe launched
By CARSIFU | 17 May 2024LONDON: McLaren Automotive launched the new McLaren Artura Spider at an exclusive event here, attended by 120 guests, including celebrities.
The launch came following the new supercar's unveiling in February.
The event was held at the Outernet venue, known for its giant LED screens, which showcased films of the Artura Spider.
The new Artura Spider, a high-performance hybrid convertible, features significant upgrades over its predecessor, offering more power and enhanced driver engagement.
The vehicle boasts a 700PS output from its hybrid powertrain and a top speed of 330ph, accelerating from 0 to 100kph in 3.0 seconds.
With a dry weight of 1,457kg, it is the lightest in its class, providing a power-to-weight ratio of 480PS/tonne, 83kg lighter than its competitors.
The new Artura coupe, sharing the same enhancements, is also now available.
Both models are available for order through McLaren’s UK retailer network.
