The 3S dealership (Sales, Service and Spare Parts) features a six-bay service area that can handle conventional and plug-in hybrids such as the XC90, XC60, and S90 T8 Twin Engine.
The centre is operated by Seong Hoe Motors Sdn Bhd, an auto dealer with almost 50 years of experience with several continental car brands. Volvo Melaka is led by Seong Hoe Motors CEO Chua Beng Poh.
Volvo Car Malaysia said it has experienced rapid expansion in its dealership network since the start of its overhaul, spearheaded by its managing director, Lennart Stegland, more than two years ago.
The transformation plan saw new dealer standards such as the Volvo Retail Experience (VRE), being implemented in Volvo dealerships across the country. VRE is a comprehensive standard that covers critical aspects of a dealership: from the look and feel of the showroom to the quality of service rendered to customers.
“We are focusing on creating a consistent consumer experience that reflects our core values. It is important that we maintain the Scandinavian-inspired appeal of our cars in our showrooms and the service centres as well,” said Stegland.
The Volvo showroom in Melaka opens from 9am to 6pm on Monday to Saturday and from 11am to 5pm on Sundays and public holidays.
