Under the new programme, all Volvo SELEKT vehicles have undergone Volvo-approved checks to ensure that they meet the safety, performance and appearance standards.
The checks and selection process is performed by authorised Volvo Car dealers in Malaysia, where new Volvo SELEKT car owners will be given a certificate of verification upon purchase.
Potential customers are guaranteed that each pre-owned Volvo is under five years old and has less than 100,000km of mileage.
The company further assured that all services and upgrades have been conducted by a trained Volvo technician who will put the pre-loved vehicle through a 125-point inspection which includes it running on the latest software version and using only genuine Volvo parts.
Each pre-loved vehicle is accompanied by a 12-month warranty that includes a complimentary one-year maintenance service package (VSA 1) and one-year Roadside Assistance.
Furthermore, the Polestar optimisation package is also available as an optional extra (+RM5,250) for select models which helps to improve certain aspects of the vehicle including engine performance, throttle response, off-throttle response, gearshift speed and gearshift precision gear hold as well as more power and torque from the Drive-E powertrains used in Volvo models.

Volvo SELEKT guarantees that customers will receive the same level of quality and service as that of a new Volvo car, but at a package that fulfils their financing needs,” said Volvo Car Malaysia managing director Nalin Jain.
The Volvo SELEKT programme is currently only available at Sisma Auto Glenmarie SELEKT Centre, with more authorised dealers to participate later.
