SPIDI, an Italian brand renowned for its premium motorcycle apparel, has been at the forefront of riding gear innovation since 1977, specialising in performance, adventure, and urban motorcycle wear.
It is known for inventing the world’s first airbag jacket, gloves with protectors, mesh jacket, and riding jeans.
Yamashiro Malaysia, already the sole distributor in Malaysia for various premium riding gears and motorcycle accessories namely NEXX Helmets, SIDI boots, FIVE Gloves, SIXS base layers, Quad Lock phone mounts, RST riding gears, Progrip and 56 Design apparels, continues to strengthen its position with SPIDI’s newest offerings, tailored specifically for Malaysia's tropical climate.
The new collection offers a wide range of riding jackets, pants, and gloves for all riders — from adventure seekers and tourers to off-road enthusiasts and daily commuters, catering for both men and women.
Key innovations include heavy-duty mesh jackets engineered for superior airflow and durability, SPIDI’s proprietary H2OUT motorcycle-specific waterproof membrane (co-developed with Toray Japan) designed specifically for riders unlike general-use membranes such as Gore-Tex, and the integrated BOA Fit System on selected jackets, replacing traditional buckles and zippers with a dial closure.
As with all SPIDI garments, the entire collection, not only the protectors meets CE certification standards for maximum rider safety.
As an exclusive offer in Malaysia, every SPIDI jacket officially distributed by Yamashiro Malaysia will come equipped with a complimentary SPIDI Warrior Back Protector (CE-certified), valued at RM290.
The new SPIDI range’s prices start at RM890 for jackets, RM790 for pants, and RM220 for gloves.
In the coming months, Yamashiro Malaysia will also be introducing SPIDI’s highly anticipated racing apparel, further expanding their premium portfolio.
