This scooter takes its design cues from the first version of the iconic Vespa scooters - first introduced in 1968, with a distinctive “tie” on its front shield and a chrome crest on its front mudguard.

As for the Sprint and its all-steel construction, it comes priced from RM16,400 with four colour options of Blue Matt, Monte Bianco, Rosso Dragon and Grigio Titanio - taking aim at the young and the young at heart.

Both Primavera and Sprint scooters are powered by the same single-cylinder four-stroke 150cc i-get motor providing 12.7hp at 7,750rpm and 12.8Nm at 6,500rpm, while standard fitment includes 12-inch five-spoke aluminium wheels as well as new front and rear LED lights.

Also, the distinctive "tie" is featured on both scooters' front shield, while the Primavera adds a chrome crest on its front mudguard.

Additionally, both scooters can be further customised with a top box and backrest with the Primavera adding a top fairing and chrome-plated front and rear luggage racks to the list.

The Sprint, however, adds on a customised windscreen with a Vespa logo, front side and rear chrome mudguards as well as dual-coloured aluminium alloy wheels and “Sport” graphics for its list of optional extras.

For greater peace of mind, an electronic anti-theft device and a saddle–handlebar anti-theft device can also be had for both.

The larger GTS 300 Super Sport on the other hand, can be had from RM28,000 with two colours of Red Matt and Grigio Titanio for choice.

The exterior features the new cravatta (Italian for 'tie') and dedicated graphics that have been matched to its signature black saddle, while being powered by a 300cc single-cylinder Quasar motor.
