PETALING JAYA: The long-awaited facelifted Honda Civic has finally gone on sale following its launch in Malaysia on Wednesday.

CarSifu has put together a brief walkaround of the car, highlighting new features that include improved safety and the 60:40 split rear-seat.

Prices are RM113,600 (1.8-litre S variant); RM129,600 (1.5-litre TC variant) and RM139,600 (1.5-litre flagship TC-P variant).

The new Civic is billed as offering class-leading advanced features in safety, style and comfort, and comes with Honda LaneWatch camera-based safety technology which reduces the blind spot for drivers when changing lanes.

The new Civic is also the first Japanese locally mass-produced C-segment model to be offered with the full suite of 8 Honda Sensing advanced safety features.

This C-segment leader now offers D-segment features such as new auto front wiper, 8-way driver power seat, remote engine start and walk away auto lock for all variants.

The new steering switch is now aesthetically refined in looks and texture.
