TOKYO: Bridgestone (Japan) announced that its EXEDRA G853 (front) and EXEDRA G852 (rear) tyres will be original equipment on Yamaha Motor’s new Star Venture cruiser motorcycle.
The Star Venture will be Yamaha Motor’s flagship motorcycle that comes equipped with a large LCD screen, saddle bags and a touring trunk.
According to Bridgestone, the EXEDRA tyres help to contribute to the handling-stability and ride comfort of the new flagship model, which will be available in the North American market in August 2017.
The tyre was specially designed to for the Star Venture with an optimized tyre shape and structure, particularly for cruiser motorcycles.
The Japanese tyremaker also boasts that its motorcycle tyre has been designed with shock-absorption technology as well as stability that's needed for straight-running, handling and steering responsiveness.
